Fisher Point

We took a mid-week adventure this Wednesday.
It was my first time riding my bike on a trail. I grew up a city-girl, but I don't think I was meant to be a city-girl. I can't even get over how amazing it is to decide last minute to go out and explore... and 10 minutes later you are exploring! It's unlike the valley where the only hike I even know of has 10 parking spaces in the middle of a packed city and takes 45 minutes to get to.

We rode our bikes out to this point...
Then we hiked into this cave.
I admit, I was afraid to go in and chickened out. But last minute I decided to go and I am so glad I did! Look what we found...
It's like straight out of National Treasure (and my eyes were NOT ready for that flash!!) :)
We then hiked to the top of Fisher Point and saw an incredible view!! A mid-week hike was exactly what I needed. I am reminded over and over again that God created this world for us to enjoy! He truly did a remarkable job and I am humbled every time I see another one of His creations!!
